Looking at Fiction in New Ways

This website will offer verbal, aural, and visual materials from which to begin your main research project for the class.  You have the choice to write a traditional paper or create a collaborative multimedia presentation with a group of 2-4 students. 

 
Overview: The assignment will be broken into four segments:

 
1. Reading the text of the various short stories and novels assigned in the class.

3. Doing additional research and preparing a written proposal for the term project, either as an individual or as one member of a group of 2-4 students.

4. Preparing the project:
  • a traditional 5-7 page research paper as an individual student, or
  • a multimedia presentation as a part of a group. Each student in the group will also prepare a 3-5 page written report.
