Eugene O'Connell

  Noted events in his life were:

• homestead. This family was born and reared at Barrow, except Babe at Knockenaugh. Some time before Babe was born they moved to a house in Knockenaugh. Mickie Dan took over Barrow around 1898 and in 1916 they bought Banna. Donal Dan was 2 years older than Auntie Nora. There was no second marriage. Maria reared her family in the same house as her parents that is how Peggy got mixed up in the second family.

Eugene married Eileen (Mary) (Maria) O'Connell, daughter of Daniel O'Connell and Ellen O'Rourke. (Eileen (Mary) (Maria) O'Connell was born in 1864 in Cork, Ireland and died 1944 (?).)
