Due to the World Ice Hockey Championships
in April, there are less hotels available than usual in Prague this year. Therefore, if you will be attending the EAA Congress, we recommend
that you book your hotel through the EAA
registration system. I have examined
the hotels available through EAA and ranked them
based on their location.
Below are some of the hotels
we are recommending for ECAIS conference
attendees. If you are interested in one
of these or other hotels, please send an email to one of our travel agents.
March is the beginning of high season in Prague, so book early.
In order to book your hotel,
the travel agents will need the following
information: your arrival and departure date, which hotel you would like to
stay in, number of guests, expected time of arrival, flight information if you
need transportation from the airport, and contact information (name, address,
phone, email, etc.).
