Classes meet one night a week from 5:00 p.m. – 10:00 p.m. unless otherwise stated.

 

NEW STUDENT ORIENTATION DATES

This is a mandatory session for all students who are attending Chapman University for the first time.  To reserve your seat

please contact the office at 253-584-5448..

Tuition Credit Policy

Tuition credit granted:                    

Prior to the first day of classes                   100%     

Within the first week of classes                    90%     

Within the second week of classes              80%     

After the second week of classes              none      

There are no exceptions to this policy.

To add or drop class students can go to WebAdvisor or contact the office for assistance. 

Dropping below full-time or part-time status may affect any financial aid that has been awarded.

Any tuition credits received will be applied to the current balance, if applicable. Dropping a class does not affect students' financial obligation to the university.

Interest Charge

Interest will be calculated at 10.75 percent per annum based on the outstanding account balances.

 

Failure to attend class or merely giving notice to an instructor will not be regarded as official notice of add/drop or withdrawal.
