About WebAdvisor
WebAdvisor is
a web interface that
allows you to access Chapman University's administrative database. Its function
is to provide
students direct web access to portions of their academic and financial records,
as well as the ability to
register through the web. Information available to students includes their personal
course schedule, transcripts,
financial aid award information, and their academic program evaluation information.
WebAdvisor's faculty component provides course
rosters, grading, and advisee information.
Tutorials
To use Web Advisor we have provided the following tutorials for your
convenience. To open a tutorial click on the approriate tutorial that
suits your need. To move forward to the next slide of the tutorial you
may either use the scroll bar to the right of your screen or click anywhere
on the tutorial with your mouse. If at any time you choose to exit any
of the tutorials please click the back arrow two times.

Access Codes
To access WebAdvisor,
you must enter your Student User Name and PIN/Password on the "Log-In"
page. Include all "zeros" if any is shown as part of the
PIN.
User Names and PIN/Passwords are provided by the Registrar's Office
to students upon their enrollment at Chapman University. Faculty members
may obtain their PIN/Passwords from their school dean's office at the
beginning of the term in which they teach. Upon accessing WebAdvisor,
you may log-in immediately or be required to do so when accessing Class
Registration or any personal Student Information.
Need Help with your Password?
If you forgot your username or password or need to change your password call the Help Desk at 714-997-6600, email us at helpdesk@chapman.edu, or visit our Account Management page at https://web.chapman.edu/accountmanagement. To maintain the security and privacy of your student and academic records, keep your PIN/Password confidential. Also, NEVER include your password in any email correspondence.
Computer Error Messages and Internet, Software and System Questions
If you experience technical difficulties when accessing
WebAdvisor,
you may find on-line help from Chapmans Computing
website. If you get the error message "For security reasons you have been timed out," the
problem is most likely your computer's date and time, or
your browser may not be
set to accept cookies. Step by step instructions to correct
this may be found under
the Web Advisor category
option in the Computing
website.
