Description

Emerging PC Technology – Software features 15 Interactive Lessons and +20 Hands-On, Step-By-Step Lab exercises on installing, configuring, troubleshooting, and maintaining operating systems using the latest PC Software.

Upon completion of this course, the student will be able to:

  • Identify the fundamental principles of using personal computer software

  • Recognize personal computer operating systems and their purposes

  • Identify the features of different PC operating systems

  • Install, configure, optimize, and upgrade personal computer operating systems

  • Identify, troubleshoot, and perform preventive maintenance techniques on personal computer operating systems

  • Perform basic troubleshooting on personal computer operating systems in a given scenario

  • Apply good communication skills and maintaining professionalism in resolving personal computer software issues
