Description

VoIP Telephony Communications features 4 Interactive Lessons and 20+ Hands-On, Step-By-Step Lab exercises on practical demonstration of Computer & Networking skills using the Latest Wireless Network VoIP Telephony Equipment.

Upon completion of this course, the student will be able to:

  • understand VoIP Telephony communications concepts;

  • know the benefits and features of VoIP Telephony products;

  • install, configure and troubleshoot VoIP Telephony devices;

  • distinguish the different types of VoIP Telephony technology;

  • discover VoIP Telephony equipment and configurations;

  • understand VoIP Telephony services;

  • administer VoIP Telephony accounts, information and devices; and

  • manage and maintain a VoIP Telephony network.
