Daylene Alliman, MA, SPHR 

Daylene has been a business consultant for over 20 years specializing in Human Resources, Administration, and Coaching. She is nationally certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resource Management and is also a certified Coach through the Ford Institute.

Daylene has managed and developed the Human Resource function in a variety of high-tech start-up, B2B environments and has been described as an expert in knowing how to take a Company’s vision into reality. Daylene specializes in strategic and organizational analysis and development; executive and management level hiring; employee relations and performance management; investigating and resolving hostile work environment claims; coaching, and training. Her expertise includes working with companies undergoing managerial transition and organizational change, and developing programs to improve employee productivity and morale. Daylene has experience consulting for non-profit and private entities in Monterey, San Jose, and San Diego, California and Portland, Oregon.
