About Vicki Lambert

Vicki M. Lambert is a nationally recognized author and lecturer with over 20 years of multi-state payroll experience.  She has authored dozens of books on payroll and currently has two books published through IOMA: The Complete Guide to Federal and State Payroll Compliance and The Complete Guide to Federal and State Wage and Hour Compliance.  In addition, books and pamphlets on various individual payroll topics such as year-end and garnishments are available on her web site at www.vickimlambert.com.  She is the managing editor for IOMA’s Payroll Practioner’s  State Tax Alert and a contributing editor for the Payroll Practioner’s Monthly. Ms. Lambert is the President of Lambert and Associates, a payroll consulting firm in Southern California. She is an advisor for the Los Angeles and Inland Empire Chapters of the APA.
