This course is both a professional development program and a Certified Treasury Professional® (CTP) exam preparation program. It is based on the CTP body of knowledge, which has been updated for 2008 to more accurately reflect the redefined responsibilities of treasury professionals. It was developed by a team of subject matter experts on corporate treasury management for two distinct audiences:

  • Individuals who want to broaden their knowledge and skills in the area of corporate treasury and cash management to ensure timely provision of a company's cash resources necessary for sustaining ongoing activities
  • Financial professionals who want to study the body of knowledge in preparation for AFP's Certified Treasury Professional exam

An effective 45-hour classroom program, or a 12-week guided on-line program, both with self-directed Web-based testing components, the Chapman University CTP course will increase a participant's knowledge of the essential principles of and functional practices in corporate treasury and cash management.
