Family Rights and Privacy Act

All Reserve material, whether faculty or library owned, is subject to the Privacy Act of 1974. State and Federal Law prohibit library staff from revealing the name of any patron who has borrowed an item, or who currently has an item checked-out. This applies to ALL PATRONS and would violate both Federal and State Laws.
