
Policy for filming/photography
in Leatherby Libraries
Filming
in the Leatherby Libraries is generally prohibited. This includes
all forms of photography and is defined as any use of film,
video, tape recording, still photographs, or any other means
of audio/visual production within the Leatherby Libraries.
Exceptions
are granted for University produced and/or sponsored productions
(i.e. recruitment presentations, historical presentations)
that are sanctioned by the Office of the President, Office
of the Chancellor, Office of Enrollment Management, University Relations, Publications, or Development.
Permission
for University produced and/or sponsored productions must
be obtained, along with reasonable notice, from the Dean of
the Library, the Associate Dean, or a Senior Administrative
figure that is charged with such responsibility.
