Libraries
The
purpose of exhibits and art in the Leatherby Libraries is:
Committee
members:
The Dean
of the Libraries, the Head of Special Collections and Archives
and library staff members.
Who
creates exhibits and places art in the Leatherby Libraries:
The committee
is responsible for decisions regarding exhibit proposals,
exhibit content and design, the placing of art, budgetary
recommendations, and arrangements for publicity and special
events. The Exhibit and Art Committee is responsible for the
curation of the library exhibits. Art may be permanent or
temporary and will be displayed either by the Committee or
by the campus Curator of Art in conjunction with the Committee.
Duration
of Exhibits:
Normal
duration of exhibits is two months.
