Binding for Thesis or Projects

The library will need one original copy for the library collection and one copy for the department, if the department requires a copy. There will be no charge to a student for the binding of these two copies. The library will be responsible for the delivery of departmental copies.

There will be no limit on the number of thesis/projects to be bound for a student's personal use. There will be a $15 charge for each personal copy to be bound and returned to a student.

Bindery payments must be made to the University Cashier before dellivering thesis/projects to the library. A receipt from the cashier must accompany any personal copies to be bound and returned to a student.

Thesis/projects are to be brought to the Library Circulation Department unless other arrangements have been made with the Library Head of Acquisitions.

Thesis/projects will be bound as they are received - they will not be checked for the following: signatures, pagination, accuracy, or completion. The library will not accommodate additional photocopy needs.

Bindery completion will usually take 6-8 weeks. Upon completion, a student will be contacted by phone and arrangements for pick-up or delivery will be made if personal copies are involved.
