ILLIAD Instructions for Faculty and Student Assistants
  • Faculty members must create an ILLIAD account at
    http://chapman.illiad.oclc.org/illiad/FirstTime.html

    Faculty should include the following information in the ILLIAD registration process:

    • Enter your student assistants as “Authorized Users” in the appropriate field.
    • List your department as your address so that the ILL office can effectively route materials to you.
    • Faculty must give their student assistant access to the ILLIAD account to begin requesting materials.
    • Note: ILLIAD passwords can be changed at anytime.

    Material Delivery:

    • Unless otherwise noted, materials will be routed to the Faculty member’s department office.
    • Some items (articles and photocopies) will be delivered electronically to the user’s ILLIAD account.
