Faculty members must create an ILLIAD account at
http://chapman.illiad.oclc.org/illiad/FirstTime.html
Faculty should include the following information in the ILLIAD registration process:
- Enter your student assistants as “Authorized Users” in the appropriate field.
- List your department as your address so that the ILL office can effectively route materials to you.
- Faculty must give their student assistant access to the ILLIAD account to begin requesting materials.
- Note: ILLIAD passwords can be changed at anytime.
Material Delivery:
- Unless otherwise noted, materials will be routed to the Faculty member’s department office.
- Some items (articles and photocopies) will be delivered electronically to the user’s ILLIAD account.
