Periodical articles that you were not able to locate full-text online can be requested using this form. There is a limit of 10 items per day that you can request, and this includes articles, books, videos, or CD's in any combination. Please keep in mind, however, that the materials may not be available at the time you request them. You will be notified if this is the case.

We encourage you to look in the Journal Finder if you know the name of a specific journal that you are interested in. This catalog will tell you whether we carry the item online or in print. It also provides a direct link to the indexed location.

The periodical articles will be sent by Priority Mail directly to your home and they are yours to keep. It takes a few days to send and receive the articles, so please keep this in mind when requesting articles.

DO NOT proceed unless you are sure the Chapman Library owns the materials you are about to request. Check the Journal Finder to make sure.

The citation information (journal name, title of the article, volume, date, and pages) needs to be as complete as possible. Do not abbreviate the journal title. If you are requesting ERIC documents, you must supply the accession number [AN:], or your order can not be filled (e.g., AN:ED345678). An incomplete citation may result in a delayed or unfilled photocopy request. Orders are processed on a first-come first-served basis.
