Biographical/Historical note
Paula Hassinger '43 donated her estate to Chapman to establish the Jack H. and Paula Hassinger Endowed Chair in Education. She and her husband were educators and traveled the world working in schools run by the government. Her expertise was ESL. She also taught in the Los Angeles school district. Her husband, Jack, was a school superintendant in Los Angeles.

The collection consists of a small beige coin purse containing misc. coins and a historical document.
