NODE 04 - NORTH OF THE AVENUE

Some of the wider gaps in the intervals between stones suggest that some of the megaliths may have fallen or been removed. The most noticable gaps may be seen as we look to the North. One stone (referred to as "18a") is known to be missing, its socket being found in 1980. The socket is not marked at the actual site.
