Here are some panoramic images I produced over the last few years. The balloons were part of a festival held in fall 1994. The meadow they launched from is covered in housing tracts now. The haybales appeared one day at an intersection near Turtle Rock. They stayed about a day and then vanished. The grounded aircraft are partof the Eastern fleet, marooned indefinitely in the Mojave Desert. My friend Stan Klimek and I wandered undeterred though this elephant's graveyard in 1991, though I hear visitors are not so welcome these days. The Palomar shot is my attempt at traditional subject matter after I got tired of my usual stuff. After slaving for hours printing this, I got tired of it too. |
