These Short Courses are designed for professionals in the Food Industry in order to meet the requirements of the US Food and Drug Administration and the standards of the Food Processors Institute.

The four-day Better Process Control School is designed to prepare students as qualified food canning supervisors, meeting a requirement by the US FDA. It is offered four times per year: twice in English and twice in Spanish. The next scheduled courses are March 29-April 1, 2010 in English and June 7-10, 2010 in Spanish.

Other courses on various topics of interest to the food industry are offered in a two-day seminar format during January and the summer months. The courses include:
